Tendrá la tranquilidad de saber que sus activos están protegidos y su personal de TI tendrá la libertad de enfocarse en objetivos comerciales críticos.Nivel de servicio en sitio: Lenovo realizará una determinación inicial del problema de forma remota. Un representante de servicio de reparación trabajará con usted para identificar si el problema reside en su máquina Lenovo, en otras máquinas o en varios programas cargados en la máquina. Lenovo reparará o reemplazará la máquina defectuosa en su ubicación y verificará su funcionalidad. Si el resultado determina que la máquina Lenovo está fallando y no funciona, un técnico de servicio visitará su ubicación, a menos que el problema se pueda resolver mediante una actualización de CRU, software/BIOS o microcódigo. La fecha y hora de la intervención onsite se acordarán mutuamente. Lenovo reparará o reemplazará la máquina defectuosa en su ubicación y verificará su funcionalidad. You get the peace of mind to know your assets are protected, and your IT staff the freedom to focus on critical business objectives.<br><br><b>Onsite Service Level</b><br><br>Lenovo will perform an initial problem determination remotely. Our repair service representative will work with you during the problem determination to identify whether the problem resides with your Lenovo machine, other machines or various software loaded on the machine. Lenovo will either repair or exchange the failing machine at your location and verify functionality. <br><br>If the result of this determination exercise is that the checked Lenovo machine is failing and non-functional, then a service technician will visit your location, unless the problem can be solved via a CRU or software/BIOS/microcode update. <br><br>The date and time for onsite intervention will be mutually agreed upon.
