Shipping the package

Our delivery time is 1-5 business days, normally the next day. However, there are products that require manufacturing or importation and may take longer s.

In case the wrong product is delivered, we take care of collecting it and exchanging it for the requested item. In the same way, when there are defects in the delivered products or claims for warranties, we will help with the necessary logistics to make the change.

In case you want to exchange a product, if it has not been used, the exchange can be requested in the first 3 business days but the product(s) must be sent to the address indicated to the user when requesting the exchange. In the same way, you will have to pay the freight on delivery once the modified order is resent to you.
