Free in Colombia for home deliveries that are not paid on delivery and that have VAT.

Cash on delivery payments carry an additional percentage charge to the value of the order. The extra charge starts at $20,000.

We do not have a point of sale as such, but if you would like to pick up the goods at one of our 4 warehouses, you can coordinate with the logistics team.

We usually deliver in 1-5 business days. 95% of the time it arrives within the next 2 days. There are products that need to be manufactured and/or imported and take a custom time to arrive.
